Complete online application form and pay fee. Have your GRE and TOEFL (if applicable) results sent to the graduate school. Send copies of your official transcripts from all previous universities/institutions, resume, 3 letters of recommendation and personal statement to the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry c/o Nancy Helm. |
| Mid January |
Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department admissions committee begins to review completed applications. |

Initial list of invitation letters are sent to the most outstanding group of applicants to invite them to participate in the graduate student applicant recruitment weekend. |
| Early March |
Graduate student applicant recruitment weekend takes place. |
| Late April – Earl May |
Applications received by this point in time are all informed of the status of their application (either positively or negatively). Please note that new applications received after this date may still receive full consideration. |
| Mid January -August |
Admissions committee will periodically meet to evaluate applications that have come in after the initial review. These meetings will continue until all positions have been filled. |
